How we help
KindPath doesn’t specialise in one system. We stay with people across the whole journey — through NDIS, health, housing, family and community services — as one consistent presence when everything else feels fragmented. Specialist services do the specialist work; we make sure the person isn’t lost between them.
We work by referral and keep our caseload deliberately small. How referrals work.
